Balance of 30% paid on the day of the tour, after confirming all details.

Free cancellation up to 15 days in advance
50% refund between 14 and 7 days
No refund with less than 7 days notice

In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, we reschedule at no additional cost.

Group tours have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 people. For larger groups, we use additional vehicles — check availability. Private tours are for 1 to 3 people.
On a group tour you share the vehicle with other travelers (max. 8), at a lower price. On a private tour the vehicle and guide are exclusive to you and your group, with a 100% flexible itinerary.
Yes! We include round-trip transfer between your hotel (in Santiago) and the tour start point. Please provide your hotel address when booking.
We recommend: SPF 50+ sunscreen, sunglasses, layered clothing (Andean weather varies greatly), comfortable footwear, camera and passport (for tours near the border). Water and light snacks are included.
Yes! Our guides are bilingual English-Spanish. We also have Portuguese-speaking guides available — please specify your language preference when booking.
If a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, we reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we issue a full refund.
