Payment Conditions
Once your tours are confirmed, we require a 50% deposit of the tour price (Escapada's portion), based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
Winery or park entry tickets must be paid 100% in advance.
The remaining balance can be paid up to 10 days before the tour or, in some cases, directly on-site by Visa, Mastercard or in Chilean pesos, before the tour begins.

Installments via Pix: ask us before the tour, if needed. The exchange rate of the day (Chilean pesos to Brazilian reais) must be checked at the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Administrative fee
If you cancel, 20% of the reservation value is retained, due to the blocking of the service.
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the tour.
Cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour: 80% of the amount paid is refunded.
The reservation is considered confirmed once payment is made. For questions or adjustments, contact us so we can find the best option for each case.
